VINN Design - when I started in the company, VINN Design sold single services to Norwegian Product companies. Our Vision was to move our company up in the Value Chain and eventually positioning ourselves as the Product developer of the Product Companies, i.e. taking over the complete product development process. Needless to say - this was a challenging and extremely interesting task as product development. Product development = the heart of a company. In many ways we were heart surgeons :-)

MultiCraft - a norwegian robotics manufacturer. MuliCraft designed and manufactured the MultiCraft robot. This robot has some special avantages which the more well known arm-robots do not have, stiffness is one. This basically meant that MultiCraft developed extremely advance applications for automatically grinding and polishing both variable and fixed pitch propellers.
