The competence areas listed below shows examples of the types of models that I use. What particular types of models I use depends on the purpose of task at hand. In the models used, needs can be expressed independently of technology, in a way that is understandable for the business and yet precise enough to serve as a basis for specifying re-quirements on IT support, if that is required. The work is carried out in close cooperation with business and IT.
