Since 2001, I have been working in a wide field of projects and other jobs related to logistics. To give you an idea, in those years I:- planned, executed and managed the move of logistics warehouse operations in a "running business"- planned and managed the establishment of (new) warehouses and make them ready for use- Initiated, managed and followed up improvement processes- coached / supported in the development of middle management and their way of working in order to make them more effective for the companyAs my focus is moving towards photography, I will not be available anymore for large projects (meaning to cost substantial part of the week). For projects or challenges up to 1 day per week, for challenges in the field as described above, I will be still happy to support you.
