For the first time in its 60+ years track record of delivering client trainings, Swiss Re is offering risk and insurance education programmes to the entire industry. I am part of the team building this "corporate venture", focusing on marketing our programmes to insurers, brokers, insurtechs, governments, and companies outside but involved in the global re/insurance industry. My role involves establishing and leading the "Marketing and Sales" chapter of our Swiss Re Institute for Executive Education.

We brought together the world's insurance eco-system with Swiss Re knowledge and expertise. Building on my previous role at Swiss Re, I led and steered the strategic development of the Centre for Global Dialogue. This includes to acquire existing or develop new engagement programmes (e.g. client & stakeholder conferences) that are relevant for the Swiss Re Group. In addition, my team strategized on business opportunities that may result out of these programmes. We also contribute to the strategic positioning of the Swiss Re Institute in the market.

I co-led Swiss Re Institute's Centre for Global Dialogue. My main role was to connect the dots between Swiss Re and our clients & stakeholders by engaging them on the most relevant topics for the risk industry. This included fostering modern dialogue formats in a post-COVID world. Building on the 20-year-success story of this renowned Centre, I advanced and modernised event formats and concepts by dovetailing the physical and virtual world. Furthermore, I was responsible for offering this centre (including virtual services) to third parties interested in delivering an unforgettable dialogue experience to their stakeholders.

I am part of Swiss Re's thought leadership and knowledge arm, the Swiss Re Institute. I run strategic engagement programmes (conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.) that bring risk knowledge and research into the industry and, ultimately, foster understanding of the future risk business and how Swiss Re's global network can become more resilient.

However, “digital fitness” of Swiss therapists and health coaches is lagging far behind. healthapp.ch takes health practitioners into the digital age by providing both a best-in-class solution for practice management and training programmes for “digital fitness”. My role as one of three Co-Founders is an advisory one on strategy, business development, marketing and sales.
