If there were ever moments in which he was not well versed, Jon never tried to hide this and instead noted that this is an area of opportunity that deserves a follow-up response. This deepened the trust the clients had in Jon and our agency because they knew that they were working with a true partner. I believe his leadership and his approach to relationships helped cement the view clients had that the media team was an extension of their internal team. I believe Jon has two motivations that equally influence his work ethic and output. The first is that Jon is a naturally curious-minded person. When he’s interested in a topic, for example a vendor’s approach towards 1:1 matching between Linear TV viewing to delivering an ad to the same person digitally, he automatically digs into the thick of it all because he personally finds it interesting. It also so happens that the better he understands these topics, or in this case technologies, the better he can utilize this information for his media recommendations and client interactions.
