With a solid legal background and over 6 years of dedicated consulting, I specialize in HR management standardization and policy analysis, specifically for worker representative bodies. The focus on legal and organizational advice for EWC and SEWC reflects a commitment to empowering trade unions and social interests in international contexts.My current engagement with ETUC and as a Consulting Specialist is centered around facilitating cross-cultural decision-making and dispute resolution. The experience garnered in these roles has honed my skills in international relations and policy analysis, enabling me to contribute significantly to the standardization process.
