I am the CEO and founder of the company and in charge of marketing and communication activities and creation of strategy and business plans in the selected business development initiatives including partner strategy.The company is currently involved mostly in Digital Asset Management, Digital Imaging and e-Publishing activities in Finland where we deliver onsite solutions as well as SaaS-solutions. Communication Pro has focus on activities in Finland, and some activities in Scandinavia and the Baltics.We provide as a service provider customers with the MagNet e-Publishing digital ePaper solution worldwide. It is the oldest ePaper brand in Finland with a ongoing development and offers today state of the art html5 publications.We deliver Digital Imaging software, including color management, image correction, dynamic image processing, automated image processing as well as optimising print quality from our vendor Binuscan from Monaco.Our first Digital Asset Management solution was based on Cumulus. Today Communication Pro offers both on-premise and SaaS-based DAM-solutions with a variety of workflows and integrations to various needs of our customers. We offer a variety of DAM-solutions aimed to provide the best suitable solution to specific customer needs. An industrial company with international locations has completely different demands on DAM than a museum, government, municipal in the public sector or a brand or regional service provider.DAM technology now plays a strategic role in the creation, reuse, and repurposing of content at both the creation and curation stages. DAM and its core competency as a metadata engine can be automated, pushing and pulling assets and data to business-critical operations which can open the companies silos for a more transparent execution.

We started by developing a marketing strategy, value proposition, product positioning and marketing mix. This was followed up by building a dealer network to enable nationwide sales of scanners to customers and at the same time building strategic partnerships to strengthen Doctron:s position as the number one vendor of scanners in Finland.Today Doctron serves consulting services and wellbeing services With a mission to create a marketing strategy and portfolio of products including new products, current portfolio evolution and the lifecycle management strategy, the result was a superior leadership in scanners in Finland during the nineties. Renowned brands like UMAX, Agfa, ScanView, Nikon, Polaroid and others for dedicated products supported our sales and made this success possible.During the mid 90;ties we also included direct sales of printers, proofing devices and imagesetters into the sales channel and also to Russia and the Baltic countries. I managed a team of 18 people located in Helsinki, Finland. I also managed a wide chain of global external vendors to meet our customers special needs. We introduced the first professional digital cameras as well from brands like Kodak, Nikon, Minolta, ScanView and others. By understanding our customer's needs, prioritize customer segments and business opportunities, it became our competitive edge in this market.Today Doctron offers consulting in different areas as well as coaching in the area of wellnes.

In 1980 I started at Siemens in direct sales with the task to sell Siemens dedicated telephone switches to corporate customers in Helsinki, Finland. In 1982 I had the mission to build up a dealer network for smaller telephone switches in Finland which was carried out with great success. Later on I had also the privilege to be responsible for the project sales of the Swiss Siemens Albis dedicated switches for banking and dealing in Finland and had renowned banks as my customer. In 1985-86 I worked for two years at Siemens AG in Munich in international sales for telecommunications and IT. During this time I also participated in the internal international Siemens training program for executives.After my return from Germany I was appointed Head of Sales in Finland for Siemens Data, Tandberg Data and Siemens telecommunication peripherals. I headed both a Direct Sales Team and a Indirect Sales Team.This included developing regional sales channels, multi channel strategies & business plans, budgeting and forecasting as well a cultivating dealers and distributors relationships.
