You work with great people to build amazing software, together!For the last 20+ years, I have been leading teams creating and releasing great commercial software products within several enterprise domains: Security, Business Applications, ERP, Business Intelligence, and mobile solutions.My passion is to lead and grow teams with all the roles needed to bring a world class product to the market. Here I combine my emphatic and ambitious leadership style, with my deep technical understanding, and use my ability to structure work to generate solid business results. I put value for the customer and strong teamwork on top of the priority list, and I believe in having fun and celebrate the successes with the team while doing so.I have been leading small co-located teams, as well as a multi-national engineering function of 60 people, opened new development locations and completed 100+ recruitments. I have extensive experience as a people manager, performing 1:1s, coaching employees, doing performance reviews and salary calibrations, creating training plans etc. I have done this directly and through creating a team-leader group within my function.I am experienced in working at the strategic level, covering product strategy and roadmaps, recruitment strategy, technical M&A activities, budgets and 1-3 year-planning cycles – but also on the tactical level, covering release planning, product delivery, removing impediments, handling security findings, and the ever-present need for prioritizing resources and time between important activities. I know how to align with all levels of the organization, and I am used to engage with external stakeholders, from customers, and partners to other technology vendors or analysts.
