Provide technical support onsite (Toyota SA - operations and manufacturing line) • Install and maintain all Power tools • Motivate for new Power Tools • Ensure equipment is correctly maintained • Ensure that the Track system is kept up to date and that work orders are attended to timorously • Maintain inventory of all tools and asset register. • Delivering Power tools to end user’s as and when required • Visiting End user’s timorously and motivating sales to meet targets and deadlines • General office duties (Completing order forms / quotations, faxing and banking)

Provide Driver’s with co-ordination and support to deliver each vehicle respectively and timorously • Follow up on vehicle register for each branch within Kwa – Zulu Natal • Provide rental agents with specific vehicle types and class for specific customer requirements • Inspecting each vehicle completely before despatch as well as on return of vehicle • Providing reconciliation reports to the depot Supervisor daily • Ensure all vehicles and relative equipment is correctly maintained • Manage store room and stock levels • Maintain inventory of consumables and asset register • Responsible for deployment, training and maintenance of digital dictation • Provide training to new staff member’s / driver’s • Manage purchase requisitions in line with the company’s procurement policy • General Office duties, data capturing and petty cash
