This was both recognised and rewarded on several occasions including receipt of a Delivering Excellence award that included tickets to the 2012 Olympics.• I had significant input in determining what information was to be included in the detailed Knowledge Transfer (KT) to our offshore partners. I then played an active part in the subsequent programme of KT.
