1- Design and implementation of a VISA virtual prepaid card for the Dash mobile wallet• Translation of business strategies and insights into useful and innovative product features• Business Requirements and translation into functional and technical specifications • Migration plan to Visa Tokenization Services • Integration of Dash Visa card into Apple Wallet for Apple Pay support • Building of Test Strategy / Test Plan and managing integration, UAT, BRT and friendly user testing, as well as functional and security evaluation testing through external labs• Building and management of Go To Market plan and steering committee with periodic updates to Singtel’s senior management• Team transversal management in a matrix environment including: external vendors, engineering, marketing and merchant team• Interaction with procurement/regulatory and internal audit teams to seek their approval and help them draft the communications to external bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore2- Design and implementation of QR code payments for the Dash mobile wallet• Implementation of the Singapore QR standard based on EMV specs (SG QR) : first issuer in Singapore to roll out SGQR for Dash merchants• Design and Implementation of Master Acquirers user flows to rely on merchant acquiring partners to help Dash grow its domestic closed loop acceptance network • Design and progressive roll-out of QR code based cross-border payments between Dash wallet and Singtel Group associates wallets with different user flows: Merchant presented QR, Customer presented QR. First Roll-out done in Thailand with AIS.• Interaction with a multi-functional team lead by Singtel International Group to build Business Case, User Flows, Settlement flows and assist with Regulatory concerns and RFP issuance to choose the cross border switch provider• Business Requirements and translation into functional and technical specifications for Singtel Front and Back End systems

- In charge of the deployment of NRJ Mobile B2B2C NFC offer within french market - In charge of the deployment of NFC infrastructure & services (NFC wallet, TSM, Visa/Mastercard Payment cardlet, Apps for Androïd and WP, etc) for banking services, public transportation, loyalty programs,.... Conducted in partnership with crédit mutuel / CIC banks , mobile network operators, french authorities/providers of public transportation, commercials and retailers (Carrefour/Casino/Leclerc,etc)- Participated in the establishment and control process of NFC smartphones compatibility (Androïd, WP)- Representative of NRJ Mobile in external working groups and associations: AFSCM, Payez Mobile, Forum SMSC- Representative of NRJ Mobile in the steering committees of french cities "early adopters" of NFC technologies (Nice, Strasbourg, ...)

-In charge of defining and conducting the technical implementation of NFC mobile solutions such as payment/transportation/fidelity&couponing services . - Representative of SFR within AFSCM (Association Française du Sans Contact Mobile) and the AEPM (Association Européenne Payez Mobile) formerly known as P€gasus workgroup, working closely with Visa/Mastercard/EMVCo& GCB to define and implement an NFC based mobile payment solution, insuring security and interoperability in cooperation with french banks and mobile network operators.-Worked on SIM-based mobile services using strong authentication methods such as WPKI and Mobile Electronic Signature.

Application Testing Strategy for new services:strong expertise on Application Layers within Mobile Handsets, in an end-to-end system validation view. I was in charge of writing Test Specifications for browser, MMS & IMPS (Instant Messaging) clients. I was also a contributor to maintaining WAP chain's QoS for Vodafone Live! portal.

IOP Testing of Terminals against Alcatel 2G infrastructure: I've worked closely with chipset manufacturers (Qualcomm, Broadcom, Texas Instruments, Philips Semiconductors, ...) on IOP testing within Alcatel Radio Labs. I've written and maintained consequently Test Specifications dealing with Radio Protocols such as GSM/GPRS call control and GPRS/EDGE RLC/MAC Layer.
