With over 14 years of experience in Zendesk consulting and customer support, I am currently the Head of Customer Support at Amplify Ventures. In this role, I manage the customer support team, oversee the Zendesk implementation and integration, and liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. I also leverage my application development skills to create custom solutions and enhancements for our Zendesk platform. Previously, I was a Zendesk Solutions Consultant at Assist Technologies and Services, where I provided Zendesk support and training to various clients across different industries. Before that, I was a Systems Management Team Manager at Versata, where I led a team of specialists that maintained and optimized our support systems, such as Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc. My core competencies include Zendesk Support, Application Development, and Vendor Management. I am passionate about helping startups grow and succeed by providing them with exceptional customer support and service.
