With over 14 years of experience in Zendesk consulting and customer support, I am currently the Head of Customer Support at Amplify Ventures. In this role, I manage the customer support team, oversee the Zendesk implementation and integration, and liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. I also leverage my application development skills to create custom solutions and enhancements for our Zendesk platform. Previously, I was a Zendesk Solutions Consultant at Assist Technologies and Services, where I provided Zendesk support and training to various clients across different industries.
