As the Vice President, I direct all operations within the quality control and tooling departments. Following is a short list of some of my accomplishments within this position: ♦ I execute high-impact strategies and improvements that drove a 23% increase in sales from $3.5M to $4.5M as well as a 75% reduction in quality losses from $55K+ to less than $19K in one year.♦ I spearhead evaluation of mold designs to identify and recommend improvements, leading first piece inspections for all new parts to mitigate any failures, issues, and design discrepancies.♦ I author and standardize operating instructions for all parts to drive manufacturing efficiency.♦ I earned a series of promotions throughout a long-standing, highly successful career, transitioning through roles as a Sales Engineer, Mold Designer, Shift Supervisor, and Quality Control Inspector.♦ I strengthen relationships with offshore toolmakers and product manufacturers while travelling to China-based sites to address quality and manufacturing problems.
