I had the privilege of leading a team of skilled learning consultants as they trained and consulted with customers/partners on Optimizely’s products and best practices. I collaborated with amazing international teams and promoted awareness of our training solutions through meetings, marketing communications and activities. To create transparency among departments, I participated in various cross functional projects to document processes and streamline workflows.
