Naga Jaya Bali, is a Clothing Fashion company, who specialise in Highly embellished clothing. My Role there as the Graphic Designer involved the following: - Working with the Creative Director and translating her thoughts and ideas into 2D format so that it was legible for the supplier in question to translate into a 3D prototype. - Creating accurate artwork for new developments of embellishment techniques - Creating scaled and accurate artwork for new designs - Logo Design - Digitizing the Company's Catalogues ( Fabrics, Compnents, Swatch developments) - Creating Look Books - Photography

Fairground is an Uk Fashion Forward company. My Role their was as a Print Designer. I was given Design briefs by the Designers, all with very shorts deadlines, which I met. I would design scaled and accurate prints ready for the printers.

Kima Surf, Is a German run Surf Camp hosting surfers from all over the world. My position there involved : - Organising 14 Indonesian surf instructors to plan surf sessions for week. - Teaching Theory Topics to the surf camp guests. The topics included: wave formation, surf etiquette, surfboard shaping, tides and currents. These topics were for the best long term interest of surfers to improve their safety and performance. - Tutoring the Indonesian instructors on teaching the guests the theory topics. - Taking the guests on 2 surf trips a day, 5 days a week, driving them to and from the many different surf brakes, - Introducing the guests to surf spot, entry and exit, wave type, dangers and safety. - Teaching surf techniques and safety, instruction during the surf.

Placement year with the team at Path Designs.Path are branded packaging specialists. They create and produce innovative design for brands such as Camel cigarettes, Winston Cigarettes, Mongoose Beer, Knorr, Syngenta, and many more.My Role involved the following tasks:- Concept Design- Brainstorming and sketching to map out potential directions of the project- Research and Development- Visualising Design ideas in 2D formats such as Adobe Photoshop- Technical Illustration- Visualising Designs ideas in 3D using Solid Works- Model making card and cutting/ creasing machine- Working within a Team- Stationary stock management and Re-order- International Hand Deliveries of Research Samples. I also had the opportunity to enter a live Industry competition, of which I was the 1st Prize Winner in Professional Category of the Esko Artwork Packaging Design Competition 2010.

A member of the 30 race crew.
