• Facilitates recruitment activities such as job ad placement, job fairs, etc.• Facilitates the end-to-end process of recruitment including but not limited to sourcing of applicants, scheduling of interviews, conducting preliminary interviews (with the in-depth behavioral assessment) and providing status updates/reminders and/or follow-ups with the applicant• Endorse the pre-qualified applicants for the final assessment of Clients.• Provides timely feedback to the HR and Department Heads regarding the status of applicants Job Profile Human Resource Specialist.• Sourced resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, etc.• Handled Volume hiring and RPO for clients • Conducted phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews• Set up interviews between candidates and Clients• Endorse qualified candidates to HR Account Manager for job offer.• Ensures that all necessary HR forms and pre-employment requirements are completed by the applicant.• Updates the recruitment monitoring log from time to time• Prepares pre-on boarding requirements for the new hire: • Prepares Welcome Kit for new employee, reservation of conference room and other logistic materials needed for the orientation• Ensures that the applicant submits the pre-employment requirements• Ensures that the applicant has no pending in pre-employment medical exam.
