Workshop Floor Manager
Provide support to challenging diagnosis, mechanical and technical repairs. Conduct road test to crucial repair jobs. Give guidance and support to the team leaders in the daily set up of manpower, provide close supervision to the workshop controller. Assisting the human resource department in hiring and organizing the workshop manpower. Also, extend a helping hand in standardizing the salary bracket of the workshop personnel. Provide assistance to the reception and happiness department in pacifying irate customers to uplift positive feedback. Facilitate the planning, construction and equipment set up of the newly built workshop in Al Quoz 2. Give aid in choosing and purchasing tools and equipment that suits standard requirement of automotive industry. Provide training to the Workshop Controller, Team Leaders, Technicians and Quality Control of the basic standard in automotive industry and also implement standard operational process of job cards. Provide guidance to the workshop personnel in achieving the Key Performance Indicator. Give direct updates of the workshop performance to the General Manager, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operation Officer.
