o Responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment within the complex is in good running condition and does not negatively affect the operations of the network.o Responsible for ensuring that all equipment preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are carried out properly by supervising in-house service technicians and third-party service providers.o Responsible on proposing mechanical projects that align with the company’s goals in terms of productivity, energy, and cost saving efforts.o Responsible for ensuring that all the mechanical projects meet the standards and set timelines.o Responsible on making sure that the mechanical spare parts inventory is up-to-date and the requisitions for replenishments are in place.o Responsible for responding to service calls and making sure that concerns are addressed properly and efficiently so as not to affect the productivity and the overall operations of the network.

o Responsible for reviewing mechanical plans prior to project bidding to ensure that all project scope and technical specifications are considered in the bid submission.o Responsible for managing, compiling, and ensuring the safekeeping of all bid documents, bid bulletins and other important project documents.o Responsible for the material take-offs and preparation of all bidding documents and the initial cost proposal to be submitted.o Responsible for attending bidding-related client meetings and site inspections to ensure that the project cost proposal’s scope and specification are up-to-date and all the needed clarifications are addressed and considered.o Responsible for providing support to on-going projects’ change order requirements. Ensures the correctness of site-delivered materials by revisiting and reviewing material take-offs and costings.
