• Manage, coordinate and supervise business partner to ensure proper and effective implementation of all operations and maintenance activities with zero interruption.
• Manage/supervise/implement/monitor projects, CAPA related projects and improvement projects that meet the organization goals and target setting.

• Provide marked up drawing needed for RFI due to: actual site condition; material specification deviation on actual condition against drawing requirement; drawing errors; and design flaw.

• Coordinate the Mechanical, Plumbing/Piping and Fire Protection works into the overall construction process.
• Ensure that the works are installed in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other requirements of the contract and any revision should be consulted to the designer of the project.

Saudi Arabia

• Plant Engineer at 30 MW Power Plant.
• Supervise a team of 35 people, organized workloads, delegate assignments and ensure timeliness of project completion.
• Planning, management, participation and follow-up on installation, operation and maintenance of diesel generators, lube oil pumps, diesel transfer pumps, exhaust and ventilation fans, cooling tower fans electrical.
• Comply with the Company Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) policies, programs, procedures and job specific roles and responsibilities defined in the Facility ESH Manual in order to meet government regulations.
• Responsible for conducting engineering analysis and developing recommendations to maintain and improve generating plant efficiency, reliability, safety, environmental compliance and cost performance.
• Responsible for preparing design calculations, life-cycle cost and equipment specifications for plant improvement projects.

• Responsible in the planning/implementing strategic preventive and corrective maintenance as required to ensure optimum efficiency of the production equipment and to avoid unwanted downtimes.
• Responsible for improving equipment performance, efficiency rate and decreasing the need for re-engineering.
• Responsible for product support for manufacturing and maintenance.
• Monitoring and improving daily scrap rate report, line-balance report and working time of all production machines.

Philippines

• Design and fabrication of jigs and tools used by the Production Department.
• Responsible for operating Numerical Controlled (NC & CNC) machines such as Lathe, Milling, Wire Cut and Surface Grinder.
• Responsible for the monitoring of tools and equipment and ordering spare parts for the production machines by contact with Japanese suppliers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on production machines handled by our Department.
