Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet regional revenue targets and enhance market share in the shipping and forwarding sector.Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness in handling shipments.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service.Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customs clearance, transportation, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales and operational goals.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, managing risks associated with shipping and forwarding operations.

Manage an assigned geographical sales area or product line to maximize sales revenue and coverage in alignment with corporate objectives.Develop new client relationships through cold calling and service existing accounts to drive growth.Respond to inquiries from clients and overseas agents, covering areas such as DAP/DDU, projects, repair and return movements, and exhibitions.Collaborate closely with worldwide agents for air and sea imports to ensure seamless operations.Submit timely reports as set by management, adhering to deadlines.Work alongside the Customer Service team and support the operations team, including customs clearance and transportation divisions, to resolve operational issues.Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Visit key clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

Preparing presentations proposals and sales contracts. Develop prospective clients, make cold calls, service & grow the existing clients. Prepare actions plans and schedules to identify specific targets & to maintain sale pipeline sheet SPANCO SHEET.Follow up on new leads & referrals resulting from field activity, Assist the credit control teams to collect dudes and outstanding from allotted credit limit. Meeting sale target as per management.Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed with other duties as assigned.

Handling clients for warranty & services of the unit, Responsible for calling customer (outbound), regarding readiness & estimating repairing of unit. Co-ordinating with technical team for the smooth delivery of the unit.Allocating the teams for shifts & clients visits, coordinating with outfield executive for client visit. Maintaining the records & inventory of the stocks (UNITS). Overall giving a customer a good & satisfactory service.
