As the Radio Show Host for All Things Money, I am the voice that informs, educates, and inspires our listeners. I am responsible for creating and delivering content that covers a wide range of financial topics, from personal finance and investing to market analysis and economic trends. This involves interviewing experts, responding to listener inquiries, and producing engaging segments that make complex financial concepts accessible to a broad audience.

As the inaugural Entrepreneur of Residence of the City of Cleveland, I have become the liaison for small businesses and the economic development department. This includes leading tours, assisting with minority certifications, and sharing loan and expansion options.

As the Workshop host and keynote speaker for Heal Thy Hustle, I am responsible for the outreach and planning of all events that are not lead by the organization.Workshop planning and speaking include writing speeches and creating visuals that are effective and transpire well with an audience. Million Dollar Scholar is an education technology social enterprise helping low-income high school students acquire scholarships to for the pursuit of higher education with little to no-debt. In four years, Million Dollar Scholar has helped students gain over $5,500,000 in scholarships and grants for post-secondary education through its online platform and impacted the lives of over 55,000 low-income students nationwide via technology-enabled knowledge for funding higher education.

Project Identity is a federally funded program designed to stimulate interest in college attendance and the awareness of college entrance requirements for academically talented African-American and other minority males in elementary, middle and high school.As a Project Identity mentor, Ras developed lesson plans for classroom instruction and co-directed team building and self-esteem exercises with middle school students. He also taught students the basic principles of personal finance, and helped students develop and implement small-business plans.

Assisted ICIG's Vice-President with company operations and member relations. He simultaneously conducted and presented relevant market data to the ICIG's Chief Executive Officer.

Ras Asan assisted students in all majors with grammar, syntax, punctuation, and formatting within written assignments.

Responsible for fleets of 50-125 vehicles, Ras served as a point of communication for contracted companies, and developed policies for vehicle operation and care.
