My functions include day-to-day operations and scheduling, internal briefing, candidate relationship management, sourcing, recruiting, organization and spreadsheets, marketing, and branding. Ballet Teacher and choreographer teaching ages 6-18 the fundamentals of ballet, through pointe work and on to professional level training. Teaches fundamentals, pointe, variations, choreography. Also substitute teaching Jazz, Lyrical, Conditioning classes as needed.Involved in choreographing recital dances as well as choosing themes for ballet showcases.Spearheading and in charge of teaching variations to the students for quarterly performances. Travel to conventions and competitions to coach dancers and prepare them for stage performances.Competitions include YAGP, Hollywood Connection, Jump, Celebrity, and Act 1 Talent.Work tech backstage as needed including stage management, interfacing with venue staff, headset operation, and making sure the dancers are dressed and onstage at the right time.
