-Managing a team of 4 quality engineers in charge of the different manufacturing area in Greatbatch Medical Orvin and Corgémont. Each of them was responsible for the quality aspects related to operations for his own area (process validation/improvment, quality metrics, problem solving, CAPA, non conformities, quality documentation, audits) and the quality.

Orvin And Subcontractors - Switzerland

-Responsible for the process validation strategy/planning for in house and subcontracted processes. This activity includes process FMEA, conducting 5S workshop, employees training, defining work instruction, redacting all the validation documentation and to coordinate the IQ, OQ and PQ completion.Achieved validation: heat treatment, welding, passivation.

-Responsible for the laboratory activities (2 engineers): mechanical, corosion, reprocessing, biocompatibility (subcontracted)... tests-Responsible for CE marking files. Review of the CE marking files covering all Precimed products (orthopaedic devices class I, IIa and IIb)-Development of the laboratory activities by supporting product industrialization.

Assisting R&D project managers to establish new product validation strategy for orthopaedics instruments, based on FMEA, customer and regulatory requirements. Defining test protocols, ensure test completion (in house or subcontracted), results analysis and wrote test reports.
