Responsible for the Romanian side of RGNR*eat project coordination aiming at delivering nutrient dense and low carbon food to isolated senior citizen.One side objective is to give Romanian citizen and food producers the information needed to make informed decisions about the nutritional profile of selected foods and the effect it has on climate change. • Initiated RGNR*eat project, securing a €20,000 grant from EIT Climate-Kick. • Efficiently managed a team of 3 members to ensure project success. • Oversaw project planning and budgeting. Formed a strategic partnership with a local NGO. • Organized and executed four successful events collaborating with a nutritionist, and various food bloggers. • Authored press releases, leading to the publication of 16 articles.

Successfully facilitated more than 20 workshops aimed at raising awareness about climate change among over 200 individuals from diverse organizations. Climato Sfera now boasts over 10 workshop facilitators and has engaged more than 1,000 individual participants from prestigiousorganizations such as Orange and the French embassy.

Spinoa is a purpose-driven food company. We propose innovative and nutrient-dense foods that have low carbon emission. We specialized on spirulina micro-algae and distribute it into a dried innovative form, raw and integrated into other products (chocolate, soap..) to increase awareness. I Conducted the brand development and coordinated communication strategies to promote the brand's purpose-driven values. I initiated the creation of spirulina farms in Romania under the model of the French Spirulina Farmers Federation. • Consultancy for ICDEAPA Research Institute (2022): Provided consultancy services for the establishment of a research unit in collaboration with the ICDEAPA Institute in Galati. • D2C Brand Creation (2018): Co-founded and established a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand specializing in spirulina products as part of Spinoa's mission to offer low-carbon, nutritious foods. • Product Development (2019 - 2022): Led the development of over 10 new products, innovatively incorporating spirulina. Expanded product offerings and introduced spirulina in various forms to cater to diverse consumer preferences. • In January 2019 we were selected by Level-up accelerator (Nod makerspace) program to create a home growing fresh spirulina cultivator named InSpir. In November 2019 we launched a crowdfunding campaign for InSpir with Startarium Romanian program. Our objective was to launch a network of Spirulina artisanal farm (ExSpir) in Romania and Eastern Europe.

Identification of New Usage and Potential Markets (2020): Conducted an in-depth analysis to identify new usage scenarios and assess the potential markets for "Nomad" Digitech application within the framework of French public agencies. This effort resulted in the identification of two promising use cases.New Market Assessment (2021): Provided comprehensive consultancy services to evaluate the benefits, costs, risks, and requirements of entering the previously selected potential new market. This involved a thorough assessment of market viability, establishing contact with potential clients and, strategic considerations.Monitoring of SIIEASC Project in Romania (2018): Oversaw the SIIEASC project opportunity, for the digitization of the Romanian National Civil Registry. This role involved project monitoring, meeting potential partners to build a coalition, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The project was unfortunately later abandoned by the government.

This involved building strong client relationships and facilitating the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions in a hermetic juridical environment.Software Development, Testing, and Project Team Management: Led software development, testing and project management team activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role encompassed overseeing customer needs and translating them into clear functional specifications.

Creation of Digidemat Subsidiary (2010 - 2012): Established the Digidemat subsidiary under the Digitech umbrella, overseeing the recruitment and management of a team of four software developers expanding Digitech's local presence and capabilities.Assessment of Subsidiary Creation (2010): Conducted a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the relevance of creating a Digitech subsidiary in Romania. This included a thorough analysis of the opportunity it presented for the national civil-status registry auction, cultural similarities, and valuable ITworkforce, contributing to strategic decision-making.First Prize Award (2012): Received the first prize for the French International Internship Program in Romania, recognizing my capacity to start a company and build a network for the National Civil Status bid in an unknown environment.
