I was hired for punctual missions on technical issues regarding membrane design by LEICHT Structural Engineering and Specialist Consulting GmbH. The topics covered are related to my previous work as structural engineer and span between research and practical structural engineering.

As an intern as structural engineer, I was involved in various projects in France, Germany and Great Britain. I took part to the execution design of highly innovative structures, but also to conceptual design for competition. Three months internship in the "Architected Materials and Structures" department. The aim of this work was to implement an homogenization method on several truss beams in order to determine their stiffeness to bending and shear. The comparison with existing formulaes validates this approach. I applied an optimization method to those beams to determinate their optimal geometry. I was awarded with first-class honors.
