• End of study project within AirCalin Flight Ops DepartmentOperating 2 A330-200 / 2 A320-200 / 2 DHC6 Twin-Otters from Noumea (NOU)☛ Study of Aircalin's Flight Planning solutions renewal. • I was in charge of: - Benchmarking of Flight Planning solutions: in contact with different service providers (Lufthansa Systems / Jeppesen / Navtech) for RFP / RFQ in accordance with AirCalin needs;- Meeting & Conference Call with service providers; - Project Planning: to implement different stage of the transition;- Economical Analysis and Comparison of the solutions for final decision; - Test and evaluation of the tools according a pre-defined comparason matrix;- Risk Analysis; - Constitution of a final dossier for a final approval of Aircalin management.• KEY ACHIEVEMENT : This second challenge within Aircalin's flight operations department gave me the opportunity to interact with the operational staff of the airline. I was also managing the transition period (training, arrival of the new FPL tool). At the the end of my internship, the airline signed an agreement with their new FPL provider. I spent a total of one year within Aircalin, which gave me a strong overview of airline operations.

• Internship within AirCalin (Air Caledonie International) Flight Ops Department.Operating 2 A330-200 / 2 A320-200 / 2 DHC6 Twin-Otters from Noumea (NOU)☛ In a context of a “Less Paper in the cockpit” policy, Air Caledonie International was one of the first French airlines to operate with "portable" Electronic Flight Bag (Ipad) on board in Feb 2014. The next stage (scheduled in 2015) will be the certification of "attached" EFBs and the integrations of E-charts applications.• My main missions were: - Benchmarking of E-chart solutions: in contact with different service providers (Lufthansa Systems / Jeppesen / Navtech) for RFP / RFQ in accordance with AirCalin needs;- Meeting & Conference Call with service providers for E-Chart integration; - Project Planning: to implement different stage of the digitalization project;- Economical Analysis and Comparison of the solutions for final decision;- In-Flight Test with crews: E-charts solutions;- Presentation of the final E-Chart solutions to crews;- Writing of the EFB Class II Approval Files for French CAA (DGAC);- Introduction of EFB Class II within AirCalin structure (Procedures, Training, Risk Management);- Integration of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution: MobileIron in ACI environment.• KEY ACHIEVEMENT: This project allowed me to interact with many actors within Aircalin: pilots, instructors, chief pilot, Ops, Ops Director and service providers. At the end of my term, a clear choice has been made regarding an e-chart provider and a project timeline has been defined in a business case. Following my study, Aircalin has been EFB Class II approved.

I could assist my manager during on-site aircraft visits and aircraft deliveries process with Airbus customers. In charge of aircraft storage costs monitoring.
