Knowing that groups was obviously travelling in several places of Europe. It was a big responsability.- To negociate To find the most traditional restaurant for the group and the cheapest one as soon as possible. I finally get a great partnership with the restaurant Channel "La patafrite".- To correct the invoices sent by hotels in function of our contract, which was pretty difficult. A few persons in the open space office knew how To do it. I learned by my on way. I didnt hesistate To Call hotels when the amounts were wrong when they wanted us To pay more than normally. I progressively had responsabilities because I could organize my work and improve some structure for certain task To make the company win time.
