Responsible for developing partnerships with local biogas/biomethane project developers in Europe to implement their project through technical expertise, project development methodologies, risk mitigation, offtake agreements, debt optimization and project financing, construction support and industrial strategy.We bring expertise, equity and debt to projects co-developed with our partners.

Scope:- 2 plants dedicated to hazardous liquid waste incineration (Pharma & Chemical Industry waste). 100 kT/y each located in chemical plateforms.- 1 biomass waste-to-energy plant. 21 MW - 40 kt/yICPE and SEVESO high-threshold sitesTurnover > €55m - 140 employees.- Lead the renegotiation of the major commercial contracts (chemical platform contracts, key account contracts, offtake contracts of steam supply)- Co-management of teams, budget (P&L and CAPEX) and purchasing- Designed the strategic plan, taking care of the development of the projects (expansion and greenfield) and partnerships (CO2 recovery from waste-to-energy unit)- Managed key stakeholders’ relations (local authorities, chemical platform partners/clients, environmental agency…)- Managed complex legal disputes (successful arbitration and summons)- Deployment of the Group's Lean Management plan

Leading the SUEZ's BU "Industrial Waste Specialties" business development initiatives in Europe: - Director of a hazardous waste-to-energy project (2019-2020. Greenfield project in France, CAPEX €120m): Identified an industrial partner and negotiated the key elements of the Term Sheet deal (sale of steam / purchase of utilities and services, land); managed the internal engineering and external legal/advisory teams. Designed the strategic plan, incl. the project BP, carbon tax and subsidies model. Relations with the authorities and local representatives.- Responsible for multi-BU tenders (water and industrial waste) on the Lacq platform (won, €4m/year)- Managed strategic partnerships incl. the revamping and development of an incinerator on a large chemical platform in Germany. Initiated and negotiated a B2B contract of solvent regeneration- Managed acquisition projects, drafting MoU, Term Sheet up to SPA transaction documents (e.g. outsourcing the management of an industrial estate - Germany, incinerator - France)- Member of the SUEZ Strategic Plan working group in close connection with Executive ManagementSUEZ IWS is the European SUEZ's entity dedicated to Hazardous Waste treatment and recovery. SUEZ IWS's portfolio is mainly part of "Industries" segment (Chemical, Pharma, ...)

SUEZ BU covering the P&L and infrastructures for the management and recovery of non-hazardous waste in the Ile-de-France region (€550m turnover - 3,000 employees).- Managed a public service tender (“Délégation de Service Public”) for the design, investment, construction and operation of waste collection and treatment assets, incl. a methanisation plant (€160m turnover over 8 years).- Lead the carve out and transfer of a business line (1,000 employees) sold as part of the BU’s asset rotation strategy: performed the legal / fiscal / HR due diligence, contracts negotiations with the buyer, incl. the SPA, operational transfer (leases, subcontracting, antitrust issues…)- Developed a partnership with a start-up in the field of waste recycling that led to a capital increase by SUEZ and further subsequent business development.- Developed waste sorting and recovery platform projects: strategic and market analysis, economic and technical feasibility, implementation of partnerships.- Participant in the BU ExCom

Combined Heat & Power unit conversion into a peaker gas turbine (42 MW - 6 M€) :- Project management of a multi-disciplined team (work team, procurement, legal)- Responsible for budget & scheduling- Call for tenders- Negotiation for the takeover

Project management of thermal power plant projects (Combined Cycle Gas Turbine / CCGT) :- Managed the project team (engineering, legal, finance, economics)- Negotiated the external and internal contracts (partnerships, consulting firms, gas supply)- Interacted with the French Administration, for lobbying and permitting purposes (Direction Générale de l'Energie et du Climat and DREAL)Projects :- Completed the acquisition of a cogeneration plant to convert it into a state-of-the-art turbine (42 MWe - €8m): Supervised the technical, financial and legal due diligences, as well as the asset valuation, and negotiations of the asset purchase agreement.- Also developed an innovative industrial compressed-air electricity storage project (250 MW) in partnerships with Storengy and Alstom and Combined Cycle Gas Project (430 MW - €300m)

Commissioning engineer regarding contractual issues (contracting owner's side) of a 430 MW CCGT plant :- Implementation of operating contracts- Optimization and cost monitoring of the commissioning fuel and electricity (sales and purchases on power market)

- Day-ahead economic optimization of GDF SUEZ's CCGT fleet in France and Spain (2000 MW)- Short-term trading on power markets- Operational relationship with plant operators and grid operators

Guest speaker at IFPEN School (French Petroleum and New Energies Institute) on investment in power generation assets.
