Passionated by how digital shapes people behaviors 📲I first started at Emakina as strategic planner to help brands in creating seamless and memorable customer experiences. A few years later, I succeeded in building and managing a 1,5M€ customer portfolio including global brands and houses such as Courir, Ladurée, Longchamp, Celio or Van Cleef & Arpels. More than 6 years later, I launched myself a new challenge by joining 👉🏻 Mirum South Europe, a fast-growing digital agency part of WPP group, now known as Wunderman Thompson France. Leading a team of 10 talents, we grew our business unit portfolio from 1M€ to 3M€ 🚀 in 18 months helping companies such as Bayer, La Roche-Posay, Mazda, Opel, Puressentiel, Saint-Gobain, Total or British American Tobacco.In September 2019, I came back to Emakina to be part of the management team and heading up all business-related activities (marketing strategy & ops, pre-sales, accounts management), leading a team of 15 specialists spread out over France. In 2022, EPAM System Inc. (software engineering company) acquires Emakina Group. I was leading the business operations on mid & large accounts for the Digital Experience Practice (DEP) in France, leveraging proven delivery capabilities across the globe (65,000+ people).In June 2024, I decided to move away from the world of e-commerce, where I'd been working for almost 10 years, and return to more global marketing and communications issues. I joined La Toile, a small communication agency specialized in brand podcast, and took charge of its management, with the aim of structuring the company, diversifying its expertise, developing revenue and maintaining a high profitability.Feel free to reach out to me for having a chat over coffee ☕️
