Manage warehouse, create reports.

Duties:Warehouse management of telecommunication equipment (Huawei 3G, 4G Mobile stations, MW and LTE) and materials. Administration of installed and dismantled equipment. Documentation check after completion of installation. Preparation of reports.Key Achievements: Working as a team player in 3GIS swap project I’m responsible for checking, packing and sending all coming dismantled equipment from swap sites. I have to administrate it in already created excel file by contractor before sending and write remarks if it doesn’t match. In the beginning whole this process took for us 2 weeks to complete. After continuous improvements I shrank this process to 1-2 days. Constantly dealing with contractor I built trust and strong business relationship between 3GNS and Huawei. Working with N4M project I’m checking equipment and packing list coming with it before going on site. Once was mismatch between packing list and equipment. I found, that it was mixed up packing lists from two different sites. Thus I helped to find a mistake in whole logistic system.

In 2012 I participated in 4 big projects. One of them was in Estonia – Gotthard Hotel in Tallinn and three of them were in Latvia (one in Riga – St. Peter’s Hotel and two in Jurmala). Servo motors assembly and testing.Responsible of one of the assembly department where I assembled different sizes servo motors, PCB,leads based on work order and requirements from customers. Controlled product quality and solved rejected items. Performed statistics and measurements on assembled parts. Demonstrated assembling process to other employees.Winding test with high current pass, high voltage test pass, motor voltage measurement, cogging, motor brakes test, motor running test on 3000 rpm, encoder settings check, oil seal fittings and certificate printing (after all test steps pass).I successfully passed training in brushless servo motor assembling. After 6 months I was appointed senior mechanical engineer assistant and responsible for 3 phase fans vibration testing and rebalancing in lab.I learned how to test different sizes brushless servo motors using different electronic equipment.
