As a co-founder of Rubbishare, I am passionate about creating innovative waste management and recycling solutions. With over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and engineering management, I have led and contributed to multiple projects that aim to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency and quality.In addition to my role at Rubbishare, I am the founder of my own consulting and engineering company, R.Plotkin Engineering, where I offer consulting and design services for various clients and industries. I use my skills in project management, unique problem solving methods, personal skills and other engineering tools to deliver optimal results and meet client expectations. I enjoy solving complex problems and finding the best solutions through research, analysis, and collaboration.
