I worked as a Line Manager for non-food department in the international retail company Auchan. I managed and coached 15 people, set seasonal promotional activities, and optimized processes which resulted in 48% YoY sales growth. I also worked as a Project Manager launching 3 new Auchan stores - interviewed candidates, developed a concept and planogram of the departments for best shopping trips for customers.Most recently I worked as a Loyalty Program Manager I created and successfully realized new loyalty program projects, such as coupon discount, immediate rebate at the POS, implemented loyalty program for online-shop, and VIP membership levels.
