As a customer representative i have been able to do different activities on a day to day basis, such as:• Check in.Greeting customers and help them obtain every document necessary to travel, making sure that every safety procedure is being done properly as well as verifying that there is no restricted articles in the checked and carry-on bag Review customers passports and visas required for an international flight and helping them obtain any form needed to exit or enter another country without any inconvenience. • Boarding.Positive check passenger identity.Detect and assist special services passenger such as an Unaccompanied minor, disabled customers, deported and detained customers. Detect and report any suspicious activity and or luggage to ensure the passenger, employees, and airport security.• Sales.Helping customer schedule national and international flights as well as to make changes in a previously bought itinerary.• Lost and found. Assist customers to make a delayed bag claim and helping them to find it within the shortest time possible Take the pertinent security measures when finding a bag without a customer and locate the owner as soon as possible. Negotiating with customer who received a damaged bag or when lost trying to get the fair compensation for the customer as listed by the civil and aviation authority.
