As Managing Parter it is my daily duty and routine, to guide the company ship through all economic developments as save as possible. It might happen, that there have to be changes of the route but also have the confidence, to keep the ship on route even if a change might be obvious at first sight or commonly demanded. Being responsible for these and other decisions might be sometimes hard, but also put me in the role to be responsible, caring and uniting. Being responsible for these and other decisions might be sometimes hard, but also put me in the role to be responsible, caring and uniting. But most of the time it is more about the strength of people surrounding you and their commitment and engagement with the selected route and vision. Those are my beliefs I try to live every day.As Chief Creative Office I support all the creative work within our company. But also encourage everyone (not only the creatives) to believe in the power of ideas and creative solutions. To walk an extra mile, finding new ways or combing must haves with new creative spices. Besides my studies at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, I always wanted to experience my career more creatively. So I searched and found a job as a design intern at Ogilvy in Vienna. As my interest was consistently high with computer-related stuff, I found my place very fast because Ogilvy was beyond the first agencies invested in Macs to speed up the output. As a very young and hungry person, I learned fast to improve my design skills and quickly raised my career as a responsible Art Director.
