Duties and responsibilities:- Operational organization of staff work and coordination of actions in the passenger handling area during the work shift;- Monitoring compliance with the rules and standards of the airline by employees of outsourced companies involved in passenger handling;- Organization of service for customers in case of flight delay or cancellation;- Work with transfer passenger flows;- Collaboration with other company departments and representatives of external organizations on flight service issues.

Duties and responsibilities:- Coordination of all phases of aircraft handling, including catering, cleaning, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding;- Monitoring compliance with the rules and standards of the airline by employees of outsourced companies involved in aircraft ground handling;- Ensuring punctual aircraft turnaround;- Collaboration with other company departments and representatives of external organizations on flight service issues;- Identification, risk-assessment and mitigation of all hazards and delay-causing issues;- Ensuring that ramp personnel adhere to established company safety regulations;- Aircraft loading coordination in accordance with Loading instruction;- Supervision of loading, unloading and handling of dangerous and special cargo;- Preliminary calculation of aircraft loading using SITA DCS;- Trip files processing.
