What does it take to create deep and meaningful change for all? This inquiry guides my work in systems transformation today. Across education, leadership development and mental health, I work with various organisations and teams to design & facilitate programs and learning journeys anchored on equity, love and interconnectedness. From a school based education to personal leadership development to Comprehensive Sexuality Education to creative arts & life skills development I have developed programs and collaborated with various entrepreneurs, organisations and teams to develop values aligned programs, truly contextualize and push the edge on how learning and change happens. My work with individuals and communities that are living in poverty, conflict, marginalization, adversity and trauma has expanded my understanding of systemic inequity and its impact on ones sense of self and capacities to lead and learn. This guided me to explore my own lived experience of trauma, navigate my identities, make meaning of my mental health struggles and train as a Presence oriented psychotherapist. I integrate healing, education and leadership towards creating a thriving life for every child.
