You’ll never amount to anything was a frequent message reinforced in the ever so important early life of Roman. During his important early informative years whilst he was still trying to work what to do with his life. It was a message that many of his local contemporaries had heard before not least the millions record sellers the Mancunian brothers of Noel and Liam. In his early days Roman a person with now proven and recognised potential was unsupported and not identified as a person who could become  a budding star of the future  which led to the usual results. That is none at all!Roman is not alone in hearing this message but the recent recipient of the Young business person, Talent & Recruitment professional and Rising star of the year awards has proven that hard work and talent can pay off.Rather than search remuneration Roman has sought to help those in similar position to himself (and worse) and create alternative opportunities which are often not afforded to those who do not succeed in the traditional academic way at school. Roman now works with young people to help them start and progress on a career path which will hopefully last them a lifetime and bring esteem, self-confidence and security in a unsecure world.Roman now spends his time and energies working with local schools and business to inspire a positive culture of a can do attitude with a clear route for success.
