I am currently licensed to practice BVI and Cayman Islands law. I have a mixed practice including Insolvency and Restructuring, Shareholder Disputes and Fraud and Asset Tracing. I often advise on the various interim remedies available to clients on an urgent basis to safeguard high value assets, usually pending dispute resolution in multiple jurisdictions.I have been fortunate to appear in complex cross-border disputes before all levels of court: the High Court of the Virgin Islands (Commercial and Civil), the Court of Appeal of the ECSC and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. I also appear as counsel in commercial arbitration. I am also admitted as an attorney-at-law before the Supreme Court of Jamaica.
