As the Head of Product Design at Coople, I lead a team of talented UX/UI designers who create engaging user interfaces for the largest on-demand staffing platform in Europe. With over 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, I have a passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-centric solutions that meet the needs and expectations of both clients and workers. I have successfully designed and launched multiple features and products that have improved the user retention, conversion, and satisfaction rates for Coople, as well as enhanced the brand identity and visual appeal. Some of my notable projects include the redesign of the Coople mobile apps, the development of the Coople web platform, and the creation of the Coople Design System. I have also collaborated with various stakeholders, such as product managers, developers, marketers, and customers, to ensure alignment and consistency across the product development lifecycle.
