Consulting and liaising with clients over the phone and via email to determine the most energy-efficient way to meet the requirement of the 6+ Star Energy Rating

This role involved being first point of contact for phone calls, liaising with clients and real estate agents, preparing documentation in preparation for settlement and uploading data to 'Property Exchange Australia' platform.The role required the use of Microsoft Office and the Conveyancing software 'Matter Centre'.

As a passionate EV driver, Roman delivered test drives in the all electric Nissan Leaf. He has excellent interpersonal skills and received positive feedback from the community members who took part in the test drive. Navigating the campaign through two Victorian lockdowns had some challenges and Roman could resolve these hurdles by working with last minute changes and problem solving skills.
