I am an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Washington Bothell, where I work on an AI project called DeepTracer that uses Google's AlphaFold 2 database to improve protein mutation predictions. I have enhanced the DeepTracer ID function by allowing for more clarity in documentation through GitHub's Wiki function, as well as the development of new file format allowances. I also actively participate in agile ceremonies, including weekly standups and backlog grooming, and collaborate with other researchers and professors.In addition, I have completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Washington, where I have been on the Dean's List for two consecutive years. I have a solid foundation in programming and a hunger for learning new technologies. I have developed cloud-based web applications using SQL, Flask, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrated Google's Vision AI API for photo analysis. I have also designed optimized SQL relational databases, implemented secure customer identity storage with hash tables in C++, and developed binary tree maps for efficient key-to-node mapping. My goal is to contribute to the development of high-quality software products and make a positive impact in the field of technology.
