Responsible for several business functions for the diferent entities and businesses Grupo Mepexsa takes part in, such as the advertisement and real estate industries in Mexico. In charge of establishing new sales and performance metrics as well as supervising the Finance & Tax group within the company. One of my major roles in Grupo Mepexsa is the analysis, supervision and execution of new proyects or businesses with the objective of diversifying into certain industries where the company has interest to venture such as the Construction and Real Estate industries in Mexico.

Analyst for the Corporate Tax group of JP Morgan in Mexico. In charge of generating files and calculations in order to determine, analize and optimize taxes for all of JP Morgan’s entities in Mexico. Mexican entities’ representative in weekly conference calls with the Regional Tax Management Team for Latin America with the purpose of discussing different issues and proyects in the region and their taxrelated impact on the other countries. Responsible for attending several AMIB and ABM committees.Started as trainee for the Finance and Business Management area in JP Morgan with activities such as support in the elaboration and analysis of the financial statements of several JP Morgan entities in Mexico and theDominican Republic. Monitoring and reporting of regulatory limits for liabilities and financial operations to local regulatory authorities such as CNBV, Minister of Finance and the Central Bank.

Intern for the Tax Advisory area of MACF. Support in the creation and analysis of business structures and strategies in order to optimize tax-related costs of several companies and corporations, both national and foreign. Dealing with different proceedings before the Mexican tax authorities. Continuous interaction with the firm’s clients with the purpose of advising them on matters related to the Mexican tax regime for national and foreign companies.
