My background merges R&D achievements, in academia and in industry, with business acumen.Throughout my professional activities, I was able to successfully harness my engineering skills and the managerial decision and action.During the period at Holzindustrie Schweighofer SRL Radauti, where I occupied a position in maintenance, as a Control Systems Engineer (Automations Engineer), I improved my engineering skills, while developing my communication skills and teamwork. Being an employee of a multinational company, with activities in manufacturing, I learned the seriousness of work, quality of work, ability to find solutions and adapt to various work situations and efficient management of financial resources and controlling costs. I consider this period to be the cornerstone of my training as an engineer also as a professional.I quit the job following a proposal from the University "Stefan cel Mare" Suceava to occupy the post of Assistant Professor, with the possibility of continuing the research studies by enrolling in doctoral studies in Electrical Engineering. The main activities as assistant professor was to optimize the laboratory of modern systems for industrial processes, restoring the laboratory works, introduction of modern equipment for command and control taught within the subject study, participation in the activity of organizing conferences and competitions.During of the 3 years at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava I have published eight scientific articles, I have participated as an author in the development of over 70 patents, a work for which I was rewarded through national and international recognition with over 15 medals, diplomas and certificates of merit.I am passionate about life itself, trying to live every moment to the fullest.My family, travel, photography, writing, cooking, decorating, music and nature and living in the moment.
