Automated manual time management system resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency. Most recently, as Project Lead, very successfully converted the core banking system and several key related systems (General Ledger system, website/online banking channel, Interactive Voice Response system and ATM network) to an industry leading platform

Reporting to the SVP Service Delivery, oversight and leadership of several key member (client) facing delivery channels and internal support functions, including: Inbound and Outbound Call Centre, On-line internet and automated telephone delivery channels, network of over 80 proprietary ABMs and debit card portfolio and Facilities and Procurement. Responsible for over 40 direct and indirect employees.

Reporting to the EVP & Chief Integration Officer, oversight and leadership of several key internal support functions, including: Facilities and Procurement, Corporate Support Services, Payment Services and Retail Credit Administration.Member of a senior management team responsible for leading integration of predecessor organizations. Provided leadership in integration activities as well leading several integration projects vital to the success of the organization. Responsible for over 50 direct and indirect employees.

Reporting to the CEO, oversight and leadership for internal service and support functions including Internal Audit, Facilities and Telecommunications, Credit Collections, Corporate Support Services, Payment Services, Website/Internet Banking, Auto Advisory Services and Business Analysis. Responsible for over 20 direct and indirect employees.

Reporting to the CEO, responsible for member sales & service delivery channels. Oversaw and lead 10 retail branches, Wealth Management team, website-internet banking, and Call Centre. 15 direct reports and about 90 indirect reports.As member of the Senior Management Team, directly responsible for developing organizational vision and implementing strategic and operational plans, monitoring and control.

Reporting to the Board of Directors oversaw and lead a $110 million, 15,000 member, 4 branch community credit union. Charged with leading the merger between Jet Power and Metro Credit Unions. Merger completed successfully, achieving set strategic goals set by Board of Directors.

Reporting to the CEO, responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the credit union, including information systems, treasury, accounting, internal audit and payment processing. Lead a staff of 7 direct reports. Key management member of Board Committees, including Audit and Finance and Technology. Successfully lead several projects including installation of ABMs, implementing automated telephone banking, merger of a $5 million credit union, and a banking system conversion.
