WPM - Whiteboard Project Management Is an educational platform for all project team to increase their knowledge in project management as well as providing consultancy and training services in a specific project subject. WPM is focusing on the tools and techniques used in the project management in the practical ways using my personal experience and applying my knowledge from being PMI-PMP certified project manager and Other degrees.

Main Responsibilities: Project Management (Scope, time, Cost, Quality, Communication, HR, Procurement and stakeholder management) as well as Site Management and Monitoring & Controlling progress and overall planned and contractual milestones. - Planning the hours for the project team to be in budget. - Monitoring and controlling the work progress as per milestones in the signed contract. - Monitoring and controlling the scope changes and applying integration change management (Change orders) when applied. - Generating the project time schedule, baselines, applying time management. - Daily brain storming meeting with project lead engineer. - Weekly progress meeting with the project lead engineer and department responsible nominated engineers. - Monthly project reporting (Progress, Financial status, Milestones, difficulties, change orders, invoicing, lessons learned). - Monthly lessons learned review meeting with company top management and team members to review threats risks and discuss correction plan of active risks as well as monitor previous risks status. - Ensuring that the standard project management system is implemented - Responsible for producing a detailed project schedule- Ensure on time delivery and quality delivery of project deliverables as per signed contract. - Managing procurement plan for the project components. - Coordination with the stakeholders. - Managing engineering design team from different departments.Other rules and responsibilities of a project manager.

Job description and Responsibilities:Main Project Manager on Project: 2x30.5MW Combined Coal and Biomass fuel cogeneration thermal power plant as main EPC Contractor to realize the project to the investor, main duties are:- Generating the Project Technical Plan- Project Execution Plan Management- Project Quality Control, Quality Assurance and document control Plan- Procurement Plan Management.- Time schedule for the complete project tasks using Gantt Charts.- Project Estimation Cost Management- Project Overheads cost Management- Cash flow and monthly Payment schedule. - Team communication Plan Management - Contracting and generating EPC contract, Procurement Contracts.- Contact supplier, meeting with suppliers for Technological parts.- Tasks Planning management.- Team management. - Project Permitting reports (Pre-Feasibility Study, Feasibility Study, Environment Impact Assessment, Basic Design, investment Certificate, Construction permit) management. - Monthly Project status reporting.- Monthly Project Control day meetings to set new tasks, follow up completed and on going tasks, problems, risks. - Other main tasks of Project Manager.

Projects been working and involved in: - BP-ROO Camp ( Phase zero, phase Babylon, Phase APT Parking ), Client Rumaila S.O.C. / BP. - Supply and install of 33/11KV Substations in AL NASHWA & Naher Al EIZZ Substation, Made by SHNEIDER Electrical France, - Supply and install Al-Andalus Substation 2x31.5 MVA, Made by Schneider Electric France, - Supply and install Al-Majdiea Substation 2x16 MVA , made by Schneider Electric France, - Involved with Tendering different projects for ( BP, Weatherford, Petrofac, Halliburton, Renco ), work included : 1. Load schedule calculation and distribution 2. Power Electrical cables calculations (size, and quantity) 3. Prepare drawings for site and for submittals. 4. Follow up all submittals status with the consultant. 5. Following up the design with the MEP Eng., Civil and CAD Engineers. 6. Arrange the material quality and quantity. 7. Contact the suppliers. 8. Arrange the approximate prices for each section. 9. Arrange the list of manpower and machinery required for each section. 10. Arrange the planning status for all the electrical project scopes. 11.
