- Provide technical support to the sales team, participate in customer discussions, RFPs, troubleshooting, and approving sales orders.
- Test, troubleshoot, evaluate computer hardware systems, and provide level 3 support.
- Manage end-to-end Engineering projects, overseeing RFPs, product design, customer feedback, contract manufacturing, mass production, and QA/QC.
- Create and refine customer and production facing documentation, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Streamline processes to boost production efficiency and implement QA/QC procedures.
