* Led the technical migration of the Lighthouse product post-acquisition, managing a complex 16-month project to implement the transfer of services, maintaining operational continuity for over 12k clients. * Fostered a collaborative environment that bridged departments across multiple organizations, setting high standards for partnership and teamwork. * Coordinated a globally distributed team across multiple continents to facilitate an ambitious project under tight resource constraints and significant pressure. * Demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining team coherence and SME engagement throughout the transition, minimizing attrition impacts during a period of significant organizational change​​.

* Managed 5 Scrum teams and collaborated with the VP of Product to develop and sustain the award-winning, market leading Lighthouse product. * Played a key role in the acquisition of Yodle by HS1* Oversaw delivery of key features that solidified Lighthouse as the market leader. * Strategically divested from unprofitable legacy products to reallocate efforts and resources towards enhancing core product offerings. * Led team through difficult period of shrinking resources and company wide attrition, maintaining high team cohesion and performance. * Managed globally distributed teams in South America and New York, adopting a servant leadership approach and coaching teams to reach full potential.

Union Station is a wedding attire rental business. Union Station solves the problem of bridesmaids purchasing expensive dresses only to be worn once by offering dresses for rent at a fraction of the price.Designed a low impact strategy for migrating an outdated monolith application to a platform that allows for fast change and stability with no disruption to users or the business. Implemented a UI composition microservices architecture which allowed for migrating the most critical features and UI’s to a new platform, while leaving the rest in place and still providing a seamless experience for users. Built new user experiences and replaced overly complex custom built software with off the shelf solutions.

Jamplify is a data intelligence platform for the live entertainment industry. Jamplify’s Live Intel enables booking agents to to make smart tour routing decisions for upcoming tours. Jamplify’s Ticket Counts Pro collects, analyzes, and presents ticket sales data for ongoing tours. Jamplify was named MIDEM Top Startup for 2013 and Canadian Music Week’s Top Startup for 2013. The products built at Jamplfy were acquired by Gigwell and are now available to their over 300 agency clients. Built multiple successful products servicing different segments of the live events industry. Reacted quickly to opportunities and market changes releasing MVP’s in weeks to test markets. Scaled each application to service the biggest players in the industry. Heavy involvement in product development and business strategy and complete ownership of engineering. Personally designed system architecture for all Jamplify products and wrote much of the application code. Maintained a very high standard for code quality, personally reviewing every pull request.

Code Strong Island is a Long Island software craftsmanship community which provides networking, recruiting and learning opportunities for Long Island based software engineers and entrepreneurs.Created a great way to find talented, passionate programmers on Long Island while providing opportunities for programmers to network and learn from each other while potentially working together on open source projects.

Didit is an online marketing company which leverages data, technology and service to create highly efficient search, display and social campaigns for its clients.Executive level management of all technology related aspects of Did-it Search Marketing including; development of Maestro, the industry leading reporting and management platform and a suite of related products, as well as production and corporate IT infrastructure.

Flextrade builds algorithmic trading, execution management, order management and analytic platforms in equities, forex, options and futures for buy side and sell side clients. Quickly transitioned from programmer to product owner. Responsible for product management, development, support and quality assurance of Flextrade’s Transaction Quality Management business. Stabilized a buggy product and shaky customer relationships. Introduced agile concepts, improved project management and brought good development practices to the team.

Computer Associates is one of the largest builders of enterprise technology solutions.Worked on a team, building enterprise infrastructure management and enterprise job scheduling platforms. Programmed in C, C++ and Java. Specialized in low level network programming, J2EE application architecture and complex multi-environment installers. Improved overall quality by introducing test driven development and pair programming. Proactively researched, implemented and educated my team on J2EE standards. Took over build and install administration and development. Mentored new employees and interns.
