As a TCS intern, I used the Agile/Scrum methodology in a remote environment. My main role as an intern was to improve an algorithm with six others using tools I have never used before. I had to learn these tools at an accelerated pace, analyze existing code to understand how it works, and then come up with a way to improve it. I played a major part in training the data on AWS, improving the algorithm using Mask-RCNN and machine learning, and creating a user-friendly website to convey the purpose of the "product".

As an associate at Blaze pizza, I worked in a fast-paced team environment. I worked multiple positions and was often asked to multi-task when co-workers needed help. I was a closer which taught me how to effectively serve customers while working on side-tasks. Was favored by managers and was often asked to come in early, stay late, or take co-workers shifts. Most importantly, I learned valuable communication skills that comes with working in customer service.

As an associate at Express, I learned how to efficiently resolve customer complaints. Was an opener, which taught me how to manage my time wisely. Trusted by managers to do important tasks. Managed handling money and memberships. Was asked by my manager to follow her to a different retail company when she got a position there.
