Selectel is a fast-growing IT infrastructure provider, building cloud services powered by 6 data centers in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.Main responsibilities:- Management of full cycle of training and development (identifying training needs; designing training programmes or conducting tenders to choose a provider; training budgeting and analytics; stakeholder management);- Working with external training providers;- Creating internal training materials, online courses, supporting discussion club and other learning culture activities;- Launch and support of well-being programmes for employees;- Working with universities: hiring interns, conducting presentations and lectures for students, participation in career fairs.Some results:- Launching psychological support for employees and its constant improvement with provider based on surveys and interviews with employees (NPS went up by 40% in less than a year);- Re-organization of onboarding online course: rewriting materials, shooting videos and creating tests to make a more engaging learning experience using ADDIE model;- Participation in over 15 events for students improving employer branding in key technical universities for the company. Main topics: resume and cover letters writing, lifelong learning, FOMO and impostor syndrome etc.
