Our solutions include components for various platforms and frameworks, including MAUI, Blazor, React, and Vue, as well as testing platforms for web applications, VS extensions, dashboards, data analytics tools, and many others.As the leader of the ASP/Blazor team, I oversee the development of components for Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and ASP/MVC platforms. Our team consists of several dozen developers, technical writers, designers, and support engineers. We are dedicated to creating the best-in-class suite of Blazor components, ranging from data grids to rich text editors.My role involves setting up processes and workflows within the team, helping my teammates with self-study, guiding them with technical decisions, and ensuring that we stay on track with our roadmaps. I am responsible for the success of our components suite, from engineering architectural decisions and development tools to expanding the skills and performance of my teammates, both in their technical and soft skills.

In the ASP.NET team, we develop a wide range of components for various platforms, including ASP.NET, MVC, ASP.NET Core, and JS DevExtreme. Our components suite comprises data analyzing, editing and navigation controls, layout solutions, and complex controls such as the Rich Text Editor, Diagram, Spreadsheet, and many others.As the technical leader of the ASP.NET team, I am responsible for making technical and architectural decisions regarding our products, onboarding new team members, developing and enhancing the skills of the team, researching opportunities to improve existing or create new products, and leading the development of a variety of products from scratch.

As a senior developer, I was involved in the development of a variety of web components, including the Rich Text Editor, HTML Editor, Ribbon UI, File Manager, and navigation and layout controls.
